Dana Point, CA - This black explorer without plates was initially spotted behind Rubens Imports around 10:30. It has since moved elsewhere in the neighborhood. This is the same area where ICE vehicles were reported last Saturday and they are back again.
Please inform your at-risk loved ones in the area. Check your street before leaving home and delay errands until the afternoon if possible.
